Depending on the Transfer status, following are the methods to cancel the Transfer Order (except for a .EU domain name): If the Order status is: Transfer waiting for Admin Contact Approval

You can cancel the Transfer by visiting the Cancel Transfer Link listed in the email that you receive from Prime.
